Why Hardwood?
Wood is green...and a renewable resource... All of the products We work with come from LEED Certified Manufacturers grown on sustainably managed plantations!
Wood is healthy! It does not emit gases or harmful pollutants. Even the durable finishes now carry the LEED certification on compounds used. Most are organic in nature.
Wood is Eco friendly! Compound floors use a dozen of chemicals known to be carcinogenic in manufacturing process , and yes, these gases are emitted slightly in an exterior environment!
Twice water and electricity is used in manufacturing Laminates and Carpets! They end up in landfills, while hardwood lasts a lifetime and still can be re-used then!

Everybody is looking for the "deal"...

You've shopped, no doubt, and have seen "come on ads" from so-called "liquidators", "wholesalers", or "big-box" guys. Wood online for as low as $.99 ft. with free shipping", etc, etc...
Here's all we can say about that: A quality wood should be kiln dried first and dry sawn after, rather than rotary peeled or slice cut green. A tongue and groove should join perfectly on all four sides. When You have a product problem...does an #800 number have the capability to resolve it...better yet will they? Further, most reputable manufacturers will not acknowledge or service claims that are sold through the Internet, sold "As is" or were not installed by Licensed Professionals! Beware of bargain specialists! Your savings won't mean much when You receive a low quality product without after-sale service!
